I have always been an active person. Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. I was a good basketball player and a decent 800m and 1500m runner.
At one point in my life, I had given into unhealthy eating habits and went through a journey of becoming very overweight and managing to bounce back from it.
As a trainer, I am caring, attentive, motivational, detail-focused and obsessed with the execution of exercises with correct form. Due to my huge experience, I can offer adaptations to my clients for any exercise that may not agree with them.

I started my sports and fitness journey as a high jumper when I was 12.
Since then it has evolved and grown with other disciplines that I've added to my knowledge such as kid's performance and athletics, pilates, reformer and yoga.
I never stop learning, teaching and sharing. I love to see my clients become better in all areas of their lives.
